Brilliant sessions
Steve is the best and most experienced coach I have had. My first session was a full assessment then exercises to improve my weak areas. Each session is a gradual progression but still pushing me to my limits. The sessions are fun, interesting and stimulating. I look forward to each session. I would thoroughly recommend Steve he is an amazing coach.

Bootcamp if a great place of all levels of fitness. Classes are fun, supportive and you feel like part of a group. Instructor is awesome and you get results quickly. The best there is!

I have been going to boot camp for two years now and I’m the fittest I have been in years, Steve and his team make fitness fun and push you to work your best. Thoroughly enjoy every session as it’s never the same. Would recommend anyone to come along and enjoy fitness. Well done Fli team.

Fli fitness has given me the strength inside and out to help me be who I am today! I started Boot camp 2 years ago with a sore back shoulder and neck and reliant on painkillers...now I take no pain killers but eat healthy and do 3 bootcamps a week and love every minute of it...steve is an amazing kind knowledgeable soul who really knows his stuff. I also do mindfulness, meditation with Steve which I would now not be without in my life as it has helped me to be more aware and calm on a daily basis...life changing experience.
