FLI Fitness Class is a challenging free-weight workout for your entire body

 

What is a FLI Fitness class?

 
Unlike many Bootcamps, FLI Fitness Class is not military style but we will challenge you otherwise you won’t feel and see the benefits. So in these outdoor classes we’ll be building your strength, improving your muscle tone and definition.

We do a mix of high intensity interval training (HIIT), cardio and resistance exercises – focused around circuit training and Tabata.

Varying the class week-by-week, we rotate the sessions so that you’re only ever doing a circuit for 2 weeks.

  • Week 1 you’ll learn the routine and work on your technique
  • Week 2 we step up the intensity and push you on

Our Fitness Class a full body workout, that’s perfect for all fitness levels, any of the exercises in this class can be adapted to suit your ability.

Because we are an outdoor class we have plenty of space to train using.

  • Swiss ball

  • Tyres both car and tractor
  • Ropes for Tabata
  • Training ladders
  • Training hurdles

I am 65 years old and a member of the FLI Bootcamp. I sometimes find the classes quite challenging but they are never boring and the instructors are always very motivational. Most of the classes are performed outside in the fresh air and you get a good variation of exercises using a variety of equipment.

I always feel that I have had a very good workout afterwards. It is a great way to exercise and meet nice people of varying ages and fitness levels.
