This class combines Mindfulness, Meditation and Natural Movement in a special way to help you cope with the stresses of everyday life, providing great benefits to both your physical and mental health.

Is Mindfulness just a buzz word?

The media is full of talk about mindfulness*, including the NHS. We explore what are the facts and the fiction and discuss the case studies of people who practice daily mindfulness. You will see that these individuals cope better with daily life and have less aches and pains. Furthermore, concentration is improved so enabling them to work with greater efficiency.
Finally, and most importantly, having learnt how to relax – they are able to switch off from work at the end of the day, providing quality time with loved ones.

What is Meditation?

Daily meditation allows you to practice mindfulness and providing those moments of non-judgmental presence which will help you make better decisions and choices.

    What is Natural Movement?

    The final part of our class is natural movement. Here we will activate your primal being by learning to squat like a child and move with ease and elegance, combining yoga, dance and floor gymnastics to stimulate both your body and mind.
